Hello,

I am back! I am so excited about restarting my blog.
My name is Silvia, I am from Germany but live in Scottsdale/ AZ and this is my fitness blog.
I want to share my knowledge and experience about fitness, health and nutrition with everybody who is interested in.
Today I want to talk about making working out and eating healthy a priority in your life.
If it becomes a habit than you are more than likely able to stick to it.
Be happy, healthy and fit - for the rest of your life. The only you can do that is to change your habits and lifestyle. Do not plan a "diet" for few weeks and then go back to your old bad eating habits and routine. After 4 weeks for changing habits, you will stick to your new habits.
Start slow, plan to change step by step. Start with planning to work out at least 3 times a week.
slowly adjust your eating habits, start with fresh fruit in the morning instead of your bagel or muffin.
Then after few weeks, exchange your lunch for something healthy but still satisfying like veggies with fish.
