workout smarter not harder

today I would like to talk about the quantity and quality of workouts.
people think if you workout for 3 hours a day you will achieve your fitness goals faster.
well I have to say, rest is part of fitness and building lean strong muscles.
keep that in mind. I would recommend to do an interval training for 45 minutes which includes cardio and strength training, do not forget stretching!!!!!
